1. Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are hand-packed with care and usually ship within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

  • Shipping Method: Orders are sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service for larger parcels.

  • Delivery Times (UK): 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by country. Please allow up to 4 weeks due to customs checks and delays beyond our control.

  • Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

2. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Serenity Bliss order. If something’s not quite right:

  • Return the item(s) in their original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the return.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Sale items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless they have already shipped.

5. Lost Parcels

  • UK orders are considered lost if they have not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch.

  • International orders are considered lost after 30 business days.
