1. Processing & Shipping
Processing Time: All orders are hand-packed with care and usually ship within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
Shipping Method: Orders are sent via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service for larger parcels.
Delivery Times (UK): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: Delivery times vary by country. Please allow up to 4 weeks due to customs checks and delays beyond our control.
Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
2. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Serenity Bliss order. If something’s not quite right:
Contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery.
Return the item(s) in their original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the return.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
Email [your email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on availability.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless they have already shipped.
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel — once shipped, you’ll need to follow our returns process.
5. Lost Parcels
UK orders are considered lost if they have not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch.
International orders are considered lost after 30 business days.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
